Hello, I'm Wadim Seminsky, a fullstack developer working under the name KiloLiqu. I like building things that are useful, durable, and thoughtfully put together. Sometimes that means clean web applications, sometimes it means exploring ideas that don't quite fit into a category yet.
I care about clarity in both code and communication. Good projects tend to come from shared understanding, steady collaboration, and realistic expectations from the start.
My approach is simple:
build with solid practices communicate openly deliver work that holds up over time
I've worked with LEAN and AGILE methodologies, but more importantly, I try to stay adaptable and practical in how projects evolve.
Customer service optimization consulting and supply chain planning/forecasting challenges, working with lead scientists like Ger Koole (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). Developed and implemented OLAP cubes based on value stream maps to support LEAN continuous improvement across a 3000+ FTE organization.
Founding contributor to Stimuleringsfonds voor de Pers. Trained many people in Growth Hacking for business and journalism. Earned a 300K personal budget for Philanthropic Investments seed capital, funding many creatives and their projects.
Learned to respect money and understand that you need much more than liquids to survive in the concrete jungle of the creative industry.
These days I function Lean and close to core values. Recently becoming a father has taught me to lead by example, focusing professionally on the big stones in the jar instead of pebbles.
This space is a mix of finished work and ongoing exploration. Some things are polished, others are still becoming.
